Sessions have to be cancelled within 24 hours notice, otherwise card will be billed a late cancellation fee or no show fee. Charges can be based on a sliding Scale.
Clinical Documentation will be HIPPA Protected, all services are confidential, and confidentiality will be broken in cases of imminent harm to self or others. In cases of child or vulnerable adult concerns, we are mandated reporters and will report any kind of abuse of these populations.
